At Dermal Allure, we value your time and strive to provide the highest level of care to every client. To ensure appointments are available for all clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment.
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate your appointment. However, treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, and the full treatment fee may still apply.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment, and we will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis.
