At Dermal Allure, we value your time and are dedicated to offering the highest level of care to all clients. To ensure that appointment cancellations are handled efficiently and that availability is maintained for everyone, we kindly ask you to respect our cancellation policy, which outlines our no-show policy as well. If you need to make adjustments to your visit, please refer to our rescheduling policy for further guidance.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment, and this amount will be applied towards the cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Please be aware of our no-show policy and rescheduling policy, as these may impact your deposit and future bookings.

According to our rescheduling policy, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or requests to reschedule. Please note that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, this may lead to forfeiting your deposit or incurring the full appointment fee due to our no-show policy.

Please be aware of our no-show policy: failing to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid and the full appointment charge. Furthermore, future appointment cancellations may require full prepayment due to our rescheduling policy.

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, please be aware that our no-show policy means that treatment time may need to be shortened to ensure we do not affect other clients. Furthermore, as part of our rescheduling policy, the full treatment fee may still apply.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you find yourself unable to attend your appointment, please contact us promptly so we can assess your situation in line with our no-show policy and rescheduling policy. Each case will be evaluated individually.
